How Did you meet?

Esperanza: We met at an introductory LGBT Studies course taught by our mentor and friend, Dr Cáel Keegan. I took that class thinking it would be an easy A and came out transgender!

What is your favorite memory together?

Finn: Seeing our favorite band (Everything Everything) together live, and road trips. I also love the more mundane moments, like getting ready in the morning together.
Esperanza: Going to Puerto Rico together, even though it was for a funeral. It was nice to go back, for me, and nice to show it to Finn. It mattered a lot to me.

What’s something on your shared bucket list?

Going to Japan in 2025 is a current short-term goal, and to have a party on 4/20/2069.

Who said "I love you" first?

Finn: Me, probably!

Who asked who out first?

Finn: I think we just...agreed to go out? We made a deal that it was on the condition that we would remain friends if it didn’t work out.
