On April 8th, 2024 at approximately 3 pm EST, a total solar eclipse will darken the skies across North America. The Sun and the Moon will align in an incredible cosmic event. We invite you to take the day off for yourself, and to watch the solar eclipse from wherever you are able. We've sent you a pair of eclipse glasses with the hope that you will be able to witness some of the cosmic splendor taking place on that day.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic and the precarious economic landscape we find ourselves in, we will not be hosting a traditional wedding ceremony and reception. Instead, we will be holding a private ceremony with an officiant and witnesses during the time of the eclipse. In lieu of a traditional invitation to a localized event, we hope you'll accept our encouragement to celebrate the love you've brought to our lives by taking the day for yourself and watching the skies, just as we will be as we formalize our union. Although we can't hold an in-person celebration at the moment, we offer all invitees a standing invitation to our future celebration and vow renewal.
